Learn the importance of how team members and systems need to work together productively. Huff will help attendees identify opportunities to increase interoffice communication, summarize what it takes to have a successful recare system, and design steps to reduce cancellations and no shows.

Jill C. Obrochta, RDH, BS presents “Inspections & Audits & Fines Oh MY!”

Implement and train your entire team on how to prepare for an OSHA or HIPAA Inspection. Obrochta will explain the critical components all inspectors will expect to see during dental office audits, review current OSHA & HIPAA requirements, and discuss monetary fines currently being issued for non-compliance.
