Who can participants expect at Dentists Who Care 24th Annual Charity CE Dental Conference?

The Annual Charity Dental Conference will feature 12 speakers offering myriad of innovative educational opportunities. The conference is designed for dentists, dental hygienists, lab technicians, dental assistants, and business staff. Networking opportunities with other dentists, strategic partners, and service providers will begin with the annual Appreciation Reception tonight at 7 p.m. EST at the Sandbar Courtyard Isla Grand Beach Resort. Attendees can RSVP ahead of time.

How your participation benefits underserved children in Texas.

DWC is a 501c(3) non-profit charitable dental organization founded in 1996 to help solve the problem of poor oral health among children in the Rio Grande Valley. The mission of the DWC is to improve and enhance the quality of life for low-income families who have no dental insurance through access to oral health care.

This year, the charitable event will benefit the DWC’s SMILE Voucher Program. The Charity Dental Voucher Program allows eligible children to receive dental care at no cost to their families. They qualify if the family is considered low income and the child has no insurance, Medicaid or CHIPS benefits. To date, DWC has provided over $9.5 million dollars in charitable care to over 27,000 children (and adults).
