Meet Kay Huff and Leslie Icenogle
Kay Huff, (above left) is Director of Practice Coaching at Benco Dental. It was over 30 years ago that Kay began helping teams as the Dental Practice Coach, and she has proudly been the driving force for hundreds of practices to reach and exceed their professional goals. Kay is passionate about her work and carries a strong background in dental business systems, team motivation, leadership, and practice profitability.
Dona Schulz, RDH, BS, MBA, Clinical Coach and Technology Trainer at Benco Dental, (above right) has been a Practice Manager and Implant Coordinator in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery field since 1986. She was selected to become a Program Advisor for CareCredit, providing training to a wide variety of health care professionals for 10 years. Leslie has obtained her AAOMS certification for medical and dental coding, which includes CPT/ICD.10. Leslie is a certified dental radiographer specializing in CBCT imaging.
