Goodwin Community Health will present a concert and dance party fundraiser later this week in Dover, New Hampshire in the hopes of helping local families gain access to quality health care.

On Friday, November 18, the seacoast’s dental and medical community will unite at the Rivermill at Dover Landing from 6 to 10 p.m. to support local families in the Greater Strafford County area.

As reported by Fosters.com: “In previous years, ROCK with the DOCS has sold out all 300 seats and raised an average of $15,000 for Goodwin Community Health programs and services.”

Tickets are now on online at GoodwinCH.org. Tickets are $35 each in advance, $40 at the door, or can be purchased at a discounted rate of $300 for a table of ten.

Band members from local, doctor-led rock bands, “No Heavy Lifting” and “Revolving Door” will perform at the event which will feature hors d’oeuvres, silent auction items, a cash bar. and complimentary valet parking.

According to Fosters.com:

“Local dental offices, private practice health care offices and area hospitals all come out for this event. Even the band members are local dentists and doctors,” says Goodwin Community Health Board Chair and event underwriter, David Staples, DDS from Garrison Family Dental. “It’s really a dance party. We have a lot of fun and together we make a really big impact on the movement toward preventative health care in our community.”
