Instead of just standing there waiting for the time to pass during your morning and nightly brush, try this two-minute butt-and-thigh workout. Do these four moves (Alternating Reverse Lunge, Basic Squat Pulses With Side Leg Lift, Glute Kick Backs and Sumo Squat) intensely for 30 seconds each without a break. After you try it, you’ll never be able to stand still while brushing your teeth again.
