New Orleans – it’s not just Jazz, beignets and zydeco music. For a few days this month, it’s all about CAD/CAM, bone grafting and leading collaboration between a team of specialists.

But, if you happen to be in town for the 44th Annual Session of the American College of Prosthodontists, today through November 8, there’s no reason you can’t enjoy the best of both worlds. The ACP worked with the New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau to create the tourism microsite shown above and at: https://www.neworleanscvb.com/acp/

Attendees at the session, hosted at the Hyatt Regency can mark their calendar for Saturday’s presentation on the cutting edge of digital and laboratory solutions and the aforementioned Bone Grafting Workshop led by Program Chair Dr. Carl F. Driscoll. Dr. Driscoll will explore the challenging cases you see on a daily basis — the complications, failures, and solutions that define the prosthodontic specialty.

Hear from another fellow member, Dr. Karen Bruggers, for an inside scoop on things to do for adults and children.

Here’s Dr. Abdallah Awada’s recommendations on restaurants and live music venues. And here are Dr. Laurie Moeller’s recommendations on restaurants, jazz clubs, theatre, and tours.
