More than 100 people received free dental care March 29 in Quakertown, PA thanks to Dr. Gordon Roeder, shown second row, seventh from left, and his staff, who hosted Dentistry from the Heart.
Dr. Roeder and his team of over 30 volunteers provided free extractions, fillings or cleanings to each person in attendance. During this first annual event for Dr. Roeder, $18,873 in free dental care was donated. This years sponsors included Wawa, Sal’s Pizza Randa, Dominick’s, Davis Meats, Benco Dental, and Minuteman Press.
Dentistry from the Heart is a registered non-profit organization that provides free dental work for people those in need. In the past nine years, Dentistry from the Heart events have contributed more than $8 million in free dentistry and helped more than 45,000 patients across the country.
